Manager Candidate Specification: 10+ years of experience in global talent acquisition. Job description: Organize, plan and manage the entire life cycle of recruitment from sourcing candidates to on boarding utilizing the budgeted resources to deliver consistent and timely results. Drive improvements to global recruitment policies and processes to ensure a streamlined, effective, and high-quality services are delivered, and provide regular recruitment metrics and report on progress. Engage in workforce planning and forecasting organization-wide, collaborate with Business development and hiring managers to identify priority countries and programs and source talent in advance of open positions. Conduct presentations and recruitment trainings to build leader skill and awareness of legal restrictions in talent acquisition techniques. Oversee the application and use of a candidate database of qualified professionals providing rapidly to talent management needs.
