Team Lead/Manager? Website Manager Location-: Chennai Candidate expectations: Candidate must have 5-7+ years of experience in website management Exceptional understanding of website as a marketing channel, UX, SEO and best-practice usage, along with creating meaningful user journeys. Job Description: Understand performance of activities (email & paid media). To improve and provide proactive insights Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, APT (can also do it internally) E2E Reporting Work with internal marketers/stakeholders to create marketing activation plans detailing channel tactics and map user journey experience Develop, operationalize and manage the holistic Digital marketing strategy with a strong focus on content optimization. Review, develop and execute on content governance across the Firm to ensure the website's content is up to date Monitor online engagement and evaluate website activity with Adobe Analytics Conduct Customer Insights & Opportunity sizing ? happens across Marketing and central customer analytics and insights team, merch org, digital org and data science team Modeling & Data science ? External partners test out effectiveness of those models vs. internal models Measurement framework ? multi-touch attribution, Test vs control, marketing mix, spend most of the time here. Deliver continuous innovation through keeping up to date with platform and channel changes and the implementation and management of experimentation program Meet regularly with stakeholders to understand their priorities and give progress updates on current projects, communicating any issues and identifying opportunities Support Analytics & Insights Manager to deliver reporting through automated reports (build reports, test & resolve) If required outside of offshore team/agency hours, provide urgent channel activation support on an ad hoc basis
