GM Mechanical Candidate Specifications: Candidate must have done degree in Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering with 15 +years of experience. Job Description: Candidates should have good exposure in review design of Mechanical Systems Like HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems from conceptual stage to completion in coordination with user departments, consultants and other stake holders of the Project. Candidates should have strong experience of 10+ years in Project Management. Candidates should have desirable experience in Large projects like 5 star hotels, Malls, High rise Building, IT parks and Commercial Buildings. Candidates should have good knowledge on AutoCAD and MS Project. Should also have exposure in Stakeholder management and team handling skills. Candidate should have excellent in written and verbal communication skills.
