Senior Manager/AGM- Mortgage Processor Location: Pune Candidate Expectations: Candidate with 12 + years? experience in processing of Mortgage Loans (End-To-End) 8 + years? experience in Mortgage processing function for Residential loans. Experience with and knowledge of property and credit underwriting requirements of FNMA, FHLMC, and private mortgage insurance companies Experience with Mortgage servicing operations Experience handling teams of 50+ people Job Description: Good working knowledge of Mortgage Servicing Proven organizational skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task. Strong analytical and communication skills - verbal and written. Good Knowledge of MS Office. Customer focused and Excellent Team Player/Strong Interpersonal skills Provide prompt, courteous, and excellent service at an acceptable cost to all customers and operate in accordance with the company's Statement of Business Practices, Affirmative Action Diversity and other standards Provides exemplary customer service to both internal staff and external customer by explaining credit decision and offering alternative options when needed. Maintain quality and production standards as defined by business. Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required. Good in reporting to top management Review all Mortgage documents like Income documents, Appraisals, Assets Documents, Credit report, Closing documents and Good knowledge of ratio calculations and other uw closing knowledge Flexibility with US Shifts
