Dynamics 365 Business Analyst Educational Qualification : Bachelor?s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field. Job Description: The Dynamics 365 Business Analyst/Functional Consultant plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. They possess a deep understanding of business processes and leverage their expertise in Dynamics 365 to design, configure, and implement solutions that drive efficiency and productivity. This role requires a combination of strong analytical skills, communication prowess, and hands-on experience with the Dynamics 365 platform. Design and configure Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business requirements. Customize forms, workflows, reports, and dashboards to align with specific needs. Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications as required. Develop user stories and test cases to ensure solution quality. Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and understand business processes.Assist in creating proposals and demonstrating the functional capabilities of Dynamics 365. Provide estimates for solution configuration and implementation efforts. Stay abreast of the latest Dynamics 365 features and updates. Identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements. Proactively propose and implement improvements to maximize the value of Dynamics 365. Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document detailed business requirements. Conduct workshops and interviews to understand pain points, goals, and desired outcomes. Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement through Dynamics 365. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. Deep understanding of business processes and best practices in relevant industries. Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.). Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. Ability to configure and customize Dynamics 365 to meet specific needs. Understanding of data modeling, reporting, and analytics.
