Voice/Contact Centre - Team Leader ? Pune Job Responsibilities : 8-12 years? experience in inbound Customer service environment in a managerial role in a contact centre environment is a must Strong supervisory/management experience in an operational environment Must be from US Banking card Operations Inbound Customer service Team Leaders will own the day-to-day operations of their teams, coordinating resources, effectively managing workflows, identifying constraints and capacity issues, delegating effectively and liaising with third parties. They will apply intense focus on quality and production KPIs, closing gaps and providing support to achieve stretched Customer Service objectives Plans, organizes, assigns, supervises, and reviews the work of assigned staff Monitors operations and activities of utility billing services; recommends improvements and modifications and prepares various reports on operations and activities
