AVP SME Sourcing and Procurement candidate expectations 18+ yrs and solid Domain leader in sourcing and procurement Candidate should have experience in "Managed service world" Engineer / MBA in Operation Management ? Hands on experience in Strategic Sourcing, Spend Analysis, Supplier Management, Global Procurement, RFx Management, contract management, content/catalog management, Negotiation skills, Good understanding on Categories like IT, Facilities, Lab Equipment?s, Office Supplies, Marcom, Professional services and Logistics Should have worked in sourcing & procurement for Manufacturing, Life Science, CPG, Hi-Tech industries Responsibilities Responsible to develop new offerings within Sourcing & Procurement area. Responsible to execute projects ranging Spend Analytics, identifications of process gaps, process maturity assessment, Rfx evaluation criteria, Summarize bid responses, contract creation and execution. Lead workshops with client teams and demonstrate knowledge, capabilities and credentials in Sourcing & Procurement, Spend Analytics, content management, Tactical Procurement, Transactional Procurement Connect and influence Commercial teams at large Global organizations around emerging innovative solutions Contribute to building deep, differentiated capabilities across the end-to-end value chain in Sourcing & Procurement Developing insights, standard methodologies, technology solutions, integrated analytics offerings etc. Lead brainstorming discussions with Sales / Client Partners and Operating Leaders and identify proactive opportunities Ensure high customer satisfaction and reference ability to mine the accounts - Build sustainable partner eco system for differentiating offerings Candidates From Consulting FIRM / Outsourcings / Shared services catering to global customers ONLY Preferred
