Job description

• Lead end-to-end data science projects from problem definition through model deployment and monitoring.
• Develop and implement advanced machine learning models, including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning approaches.
• Translate complex business challenges into data science problems and communicate insights to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, product managers, and domain experts to build robust data pipelines and models.
• Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical leadership within the team.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and feature engineering using large, complex datasets.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and interpretability.
• Stay current with the latest research, tools, and best practices in data science and machine learning.

• 8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning.
• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL & Market Analytics.
• Experience with AWS cloud platform.
