Branch Manager ? LAP ? Andhra Pradesh Job Responsibilities : 8-12 Years of Experience in achievement of Disbursement targets allotted to the branch Responsible for the meeting the Weighted Average Yield target allotted to the branch. Monitoring the activities of the BDE?s and ensure regular flow of business Empanelment of the direct sourcing agents to ensure regularly and steady flow of business from major sourcing channels Responsible for loan file logins as per the product & policy norms of the company. Responsible for management of portfolio quality. Responsible for closure of outstanding post disbursal documentation Handling chronic / delinquent accounts and initiating appropriate action for regularization of the loan
