Branch Manager Roles and Responsibilities :- ? Monitoring the activities of the BDE?s and ensure regular flow of business ? Empanelment of the direct sourcing agents to ensure regularly and steady flow of business from major sourcing channels ? Planning & execution of marketing activities of the location with a monthly calendar and monitoring the same on a daily basis ? Monitoring productivity of the BDE?s and ensuring that all of them meet the productivity norms on monthly basis
