Branch Manager Reporting To: Cluster Sales Manager Business target: Responsible for achievement of Disbursement targets allotted to the branch Responsible for the meeting the Weighted Average Yield target allotted to the branch. Responsible for Portfolio growth of the branch and retention of existing customers. Lead generation & management activities: Monitoring the activities of the BDE?s and ensure regular flow of business Empanelment of the direct sourcing agents to ensure regularly and steady flow of business from major sourcing channels Planning & execution of marketing activities of the location with a monthly calendar and monitoring the same on a daily basis Monitoring productivity of the BDE?s and ensuring that all of them meet the productivity norms on monthly basis
