Strong ability to monitor project risks, issues, and changes, and to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Commitment to identifying opportunities for process enhancement. Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field; Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus. Manage key initiatives, develop comprehensive communication plans, and ensure successful program delivery by coordinating resources and maintaining quality standards.
