Responsible for Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and Network planning. Should involve in planning, Monitoring, installing & Troubleshooting. Ensures Reliability, safety, resiliency, and energy efficiency. Capex & Opex Planning & Control. Responsible for ensuring minimal technical losses in the O&M Division. Develops and executes comprehensive operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Prepares comprehensive O&M procedures and budgets, contributing to efficient operations and cost management. Monitors performance of team members to ensure efficiency in operations & meeting of targets.
