Job description
Specialist Candidate Specification: 3+ years of experience in lease accounting. Job description: Manage lease agreements including lease abstraction, classification, and accounting treatment. Ensure compliance with lease accounting standards (e.g., ASC 842, IFRS 16) and regulatory requirements. Perform lease accounting calculations such as straight-line rent, lease liability, and right-of use asset. Prepare and analyse lease-related financial reports and disclosures for internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including real estate, legal, and operations to review lease terms and agreements.
