Job description
Collaborate with the P&C Team and stakeholders to analyze workforce themes like attrition, span of control, quality of hire, and diversity. Conduct research on trends and best practices to enhance long-term talent strategy. Develop logical capabilities for the People Team, providing advanced methods and insights. Define and translate People metrics (e.g., attrition, hiring, workforce modeling) into actionable outcomes. Ensure data accuracy and hygiene in people analytics. Exposure to Tableau, Google Drive, G Suite (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs), WorkDay Prepare data analysis and presentations for leadership reviews (quarterly/monthly). Conduct weekly return-to-office (RTO) analysis. Generate ad-hoc reports (e.g., talent review data, headcount by location, recruiting data). Create and manage Tableau dashboards. Present data analysis for quarterly Board meetings. Expertise in Workday and BI tools (Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Looker). Advanced presentation development and data storytelling skills. Advanced analytics expertise in Excel. knowledge of coding/scripting languages (Python, R) preferred. Strong ability to present data-centric topics confidently to diverse audiences.
