Manager Candidate Specification: At least 7 to 12 years of experience in Transformation Job description: Experience having extensive work experience in Order to Cash or Record to Report or Procure to Pay Deep understanding of tools like Microsoft Visio and Celonis. Should have good understanding of best practices, metrics, and reporting levers in F&A space Ability to handle conversations with senior stakeholders Internal / External on topics around F&A Best practices, latest trends, Point Solutions, AI / RPA / Cognitive Automation. Transformation experience ? Maturity assessments, preparing As-is model, Target operating model, preparing Gap log and report out Willing to work in individual contributor roles
