Should have good understanding of best practices, metrics, and reporting levers in F&A space Ability to handle conversations with senior stakeholders Internal / External on topics around F&A Best practices, latest trends, Point Solutions, AI / RPA / Cognitive Automation. Transformation experience ? Maturity assessments, preparing As-is model, Target operating model, preparing Gap log and report out Willing to work in individual contributor roles
