Manager Candidate Specification: 8+ years of experience in financial analytics. Job description: Extensive hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Record to Report, or FP&A. Lead and oversee descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analysis to drive strategic decisions. Oversee the summarization of historical data to identify trends and patterns. Lead efforts to determine root causes of past performance issues, and identify improvement areas. Guide development of statistical models to predict future trends. Provide actionable recommendations based on data insights.
