SDM ? HRO PEX Candidate Specification: Minimum 10 -12+ years of experience 10-12 years of proven leadership in Process Excellence, with a strong background in HR shared services. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for HR processes. Lead reengineering efforts of HR processes, identifying inefficiencies and designing streamlined workflows. Foster a culture of continuous improvement across HR operations. Lead initiatives to embed process excellence principles, driving long-term efficiency and effectiveness. Experience developing and delivering training programs on process excellence and automation best practices. Possess knowledge of identifying automation opportunities and RPA implementations.
