Should have experience in Operations management, team management & SLA Management. Should have managed Mult speciality coding. Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and regulations. Communicate with healthcare providers and insurance companies regarding coding issues. Stay updated on changes in coding regulations and guidelines. CPC Certification is mandate.
