Manager Candidate Specification: 10+ years of experience in payment posting. Job description: Provide leadership and direction to employees of Payment Posting Department, including hiring, training, coaching, performance reviews and terminations. Plans, develops, implements and communicates operational initiatives to improve the efficiency of the Payment Posting Department. Provides project guidance to the Payment Posting Department to successfully implement efficient posting processes. Maintains and improves department operations by monitoring system performance; identifying and resolving problems. Post patient and insurance adjustments accurately based on contractual agreements, patient balances, or insurance discrepancies. Collaborate with the billing, coding, and collections teams to resolve payment discrepancies and outstanding accounts. Ensure all payment posting activities are compliant with company policies.
