Job description
Directs and leads all training and development programs. Implement, improve, and measure efficiencies of the training function. Assist in the improvement of the key performance areas of the business. Conducts regular performance evaluations and provided targeted coaching and feedback to employees. Should have entitled to Train people working for AR Denial Management - Revenue Cycle management. Leading a team, to be good in process. Client Management, stakeholder management and team management to deliver the success of the training programs. Open to work in US Shifts.
