Senior Analyst ? Bangalore Candidate Specification: Minimum 8+ years of experience Job Description: 8-12 years? experience in the Consumer/Retail Banking domain with extensive work experience of Mortgage as a LOB. Hands-on experience with any of the analytical tools (SAS, R, Python, etc.). Exposure to latest BI technologies such as QlikView, Tableau. Good MS-SQL skill, advanced Excel user and at minimum working knowledge of MS Access, process modeling. Ability to do Root Cause Analysis. Experience in operations strategy engagements, process improvement, cost optimization, customer experience, digital disruption.
