Chennai Qualification: Any degree Should Have 5+ Years experience Should have experience in end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry standards Must be able to collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications Provide technical guidance and support during the implementation phase and post-deployment Should have experience in integration of ServiceNow with alternate tools/platforms and the ability to lead design sessions to architect the integration Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality and performance Identify and resolve issues related to ServiceNow implementations and configurations Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to enhance their understanding of the platform Stay current with ServiceNow releases and updates, ensuring the team is well-informed and skilled in new features ? is a plus Develop training materials and conduct workshops for end-users and team members Participate in project planning and status meetings, providing regular updates to stakeholders Knowledge of ITIL framework / Provide guidance on best practices and strategies for ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SecOps and others
