Candidate expectations: BPO Job Description: Candidate should have minimum 15+ years of experience in HR Field. Lead specific Core HR transformation projects globally, and/or at Market level. Identify and support process improvement/enhancement initiatives across Market and drive high quality employee experience and impact. Collaborate with the stakeholders in Market, Functions and HR leadership to resource projects/placements to meet the project needs. Candidate should work in shifts as per company requirement.
