5-8 Years of Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment - BPO Hiring. Should have experience in Bulk & Volume Hiring, In depth understanding of end-to-end hiring cycle. Strong understanding of sourcing channels Ability to front end with internal customers & Clients. Should have strong understanding of the Talent Landscape Good Experience in Stake Holder Management, Executive Hiring, Candidate sourcing and screening. Focus on Key KRA?s- timelines, Cost, Revenue impact Process Adherence & Exposure to Recruitment Tools would be a plus.
