TL /TM Voice - Hyderabad. Candidate Specification: Minimum 6 ? 10 years of experience. Relevant 1-2 years? experience in a contact centre environment. Sound understanding of GCP (Good clinical practices) & Medical Billing Experience. Responsible for day-to-day Operations management. Hands on experience on Inbound &Outbound calling, calls from patients. Helps Physicians and other medical professionals process insurance claims as quickly and efficiently as possible. Track, monitor, reviews and reports KPIs to ensure compliance Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite apps (drive, Gmail, g-docs, g-sheets)
