Associate Process Manager - OD Job Location ? Pune Job Responsibilities : The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years of work experience Program management and execution skill, including completion of multiple tasks/projects Support driving MDP, Leadership Development, DEI and OD initiatives Driving participation and batch fulfilment Create reports, dashboards, analytics from the sessions and share it with stakeholders on a regular basis Manage participant, stakeholder queries on the various interventions Identify continuous ways to improve operations to have seamless experience for participants and stakeholders Partner with Oracle team to solve any participant challenges on access, assessments, certification Partner with the Design team to work on Certifications and its roll-out Create survey, feedback questionnaires, assessments as required Adherence to the Communication plan; Send communication emails, mailers for various interventions Identify ways to keep cohorts engaged to drive maximum participation for sessions Collaborate with HR, KM/Internal Communications team to enable seamless learning operations
