Regional Litigation Manager Job Location - Delhi Job Responsibilities : Expertise in handling cases of all nature like Civil, Criminal, Commercial, Arbitration, Vigilance, Conciliation & etc. To allocate legal cases like Arbitration, Sec 138/25, NCLT and others to Advocate PAN India based on TAT Tracking the filing status of legal actions and updating the same in Consolidated data of Sent for Filing Provide support in regulatory, litigation and other functions within the organization to develop effective structures for matters including the resolution of disputes and litigation while ensuring recovery Co-ordinating with different Teams for data required in respect of legal action initiation Updating the data in legal software related to legal actions initiated Co-ordinate with respective Legal Managers (PAN India) regarding Bill data for the month and maintaining a Consolidated File of Billing data in respect of legal actions initiated Maintaining TAT in all process wherein legal actions are to be initiated/in process Resolution of Customer Escalations related to legal actions Handles Legal Regularly compliances Handles escalations and Notices issued against company
