HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Retention, and Compensation and Benefits Administration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives and improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interviewing.
  • Maintain positive employee relations by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
  • Design and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for growth and development.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and productivity.
  • Conduct regular retention analysis to identify and address potential turnover risks.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • 8-14 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Degree or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Retention, and Compensation and Benefits Administration.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
