Job description
Candidate should possess 8-10+ years of industry experience, specifically in sales, underwriting (preferred) Candidate must have post-graduation degree and IRDA Broker Training & Certification (mandatory) Candidate should be responsibile to develop annual sales plan, with prospect list, contact person names and dates and business volume expected per customer. To convert these new corporate relationships to the Company for all their insurance requirements. To achieve new business sales targets for number of customers as well as line of business sales to customers brought in. To develop the technical skills and product knowledge for each line of business in general and life insurance. Develop strong internal relationships with the support team as the role will be supported by the underwriting and operations team for client quotations, endorsements, claims. Coordinating with Insurance Companies by building strong relationships with senior level insurance company executives for escalations and further quote negotiations. Supporting the preparation of Pre-Sales Proposals for new business sales presentation, client servicing presentations and reports
