Job Title - F&A Consulting-Engagement Manager – AGM – Pan
India
Candidate Expectations
& Responsibilities :
Chartered Accountant (CA)
with 15+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting consulting,
transformation, or advisory roles with a total work experience of 15 to 22
Years.
Strong understanding of ERP
platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.), automation tools (RPA), and analytics solutions.
Key responsibilities:
Practice Leadership &
Strategy
Define and execute the
strategic roadmap for the F&A Consulting practice in India, aligned with
global objectives.
Drive revenue growth through
new client acquisition, account expansion, and innovative service offerings
Develop go-to-market
strategies for finance transformation, shared services, and digital finance
solutions.
Manage P&L for the
practice, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
Strong knowledge of core
finance processes such as Record-to-Report (R2R), Order-to-Cash (O2C),
Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and related sub-processes, along with experience in
implementing best practices and digital solutions.
Client Engagement &
Delivery Excellence
Lead large-scale finance
transformation programs, including process optimization, automation, and
digital enablement.
Advise CFOs and senior
finance leaders on operating model design, cost optimization, and technology
adoption.
Oversee delivery of complex
consulting engagements, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality
standards.
Act as an escalation point
for critical client issues and ensure client satisfaction.
Team Development &
Capability Building
Build and mentor a
high-performing consulting team with expertise in finance processes, ERP
systems, and emerging technologies.
Drive recruitment, training,
and career development initiatives to strengthen practice capabilities.
Foster a culture of
collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Thought Leadership &
Market Positioning
Represent the organization at
industry forums, conferences, and client events.
Publish insights,
whitepapers, and case studies on finance trends, digital finance, and shared
services evolution.
Build strong relationships
with industry analysts and influencers to enhance market visibility.
Operational Excellence
Establish governance
frameworks for project delivery, risk management, and compliance.
Monitor key performance
indicators (KPIs) for practice performance and implement corrective actions as
needed.
Ensure adherence to
regulatory requirements and internal quality standards. 6. Technology &
Innovation
Drive the strategic
integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Robotic Process Automation
(RPA) into core finance processes such as Record-to-Report (R2R), Order-to-Cash
(O2C), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Identify emerging digital
solutions that enhance efficiency, improve compliance, and enable predictive
insights for finance operations.
Collaborate with technology
partners and internal stakeholders to recommend scalable digital finance
platforms aligned with client transformation goals.
