Branch Business Head- MSE LAP Location ? Karnataka Candidate Expectations: Graduate / Post Graduate with 4-7 years of relevant experience. Understanding of Mortgage product(E2E), Understanding of credit risks & compliance. Job Description: Ensuring complete aspects of portfolio management in the branch reflected in the balance Score card are met as per expected standards. Ensure quality underwriting of Branch proposals as per the company?s underwriting policies. Ensure proper implementation of company?s credit and operations policies by Branch operations. Meeting hygiene expectations on quality of files and dockets submitted by Branch- OTCs and PDD performance Ensuring the development and management of an effective sales team in the Branch. Ensuring team productivity, quality of sourcing and cross sell income benchmarks are met on a consistent basis
