Lead/Assistant Manager/Manager/Senior Manager - Commercial Lending(Commercial Realestate) Location ? Mumbai, Chennai Job Responsibilities : Minimum 6+ years of experience in Banking and Financial domain. Strong knowledge of Wealth Loan products, Commercial real estate, Multi Family Office In depth Understanding of credit agreements and lending related documents viz: Rent rolls, Operating Statements etc. Experience in Regulatory data tracing exercises. Understanding of FRY - 14Q H1 & H2 and other regulatory reporting schedules Experience in Engaging technology teams, data governance teams and other stake holders to address complex discrepancies. Analytical capabilities including the ability to quickly identify, escalate, and propose solutions to complex problems. Ability / Knowledge to run BO reports Follow-up with relevant stake holders on pending items as needed. Provide metrics on the individual's status and the overall status of the engagement. Flexible to work in any shift.
