Zonal Collection Manager Candidate Expectation and Roles & Responsibilities ? Minimum 10+ yrs of experience required ? Set collection targets in the hub region and formulate strategies to achieve the same ? Co-ordinate with the underwriting team ? Take daily updates from the collection personnel in all the offices in his control ? Formulate collection strategies for each Branch and drive their implementation ? Develop collection agency infrastructure across the Region ? Oversight of the outsourced recovery functions: field collections agency for the branch as well as referral pick up ? Liaison with the legal personnel for recovery related issues ? Proper Follow on the pending legal actions and ensure same is closed within TAT ? Ensure Proper Vendor management from onboarding till payment and NDC (No Dues Certificate) ? Support NCM in developing strategies to limit foreclosures, repossessions, Settlement etc. ? Engage in development, implementation, review and monitoring of various collection programs and providing training and coaching to continuously upgrade the competency of the team members across levels
