Manager/ Senior Manager/ AVP ? Business Development Reinsurance Job Location: Mumbai Candidate should possess 2-5 years prior industry experience in handling and managing large corporate accounts / sales in broking / general insurance industry, reinsurance experience preferable. Possess sound knowledge of all lines of general insurance business. Capable of generating business in challenging environment. Design sales and marketing strategy to cultivate revenue generation opportunities from prospective clients/cedant. Frequently visiting and meeting cedant, understanding their reinsurance requirement and getting facultative inquiries. Execute new business acquisition and renewal plan. He needs to also follow-up on premium payment, support cedant with claim intimation and recovery for facultative reinsurance business. Work in close coordination within the Company not limited to account team, compliance team, and stakeholders for smooth functioning of the business. Good understanding on dealing with large / mega risk, complex risks, reinsurance driven account for different classes of business. Identify and support in developing new products, develop new relationships / cedant.
