Job description
The CSR, will be accountable for committed, responsible and sustainable business practices, forging close collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders with a focus on developing a long-term positive legacy in the communities where it operates. This position will be responsible for developing impactful CSR strategies and shaping and establishing the formal arrangements for target setting, Governance, reporting and communication of the organization long term approach to sustainable business practice. Creating a conducive environment for smooth running of the Company's business. Administer and manage the affairs of CSR vertical and work towards strengthening the capacity of individuals or groups across all units in the organization CSR division. Defining and developing strategies which underpin the company's CSR objectives. Develop ideas, policies and create detailed plans for innovative and robust CSR interventions. To Visualize social challenges and opportunities and transform them into corporate strategies and CSR initiatives, if possible, incorporating them into the value chain. Act as an internal and external representative for the company's CSR policies and projects.
