Job Title: MIS
Analyst – US Residential Mortgage - Chennai
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced MIS Operations Executive with 3+
years of expertise in reporting and analytics, specifically within the US
Residential Mortgage domain. The role involves preparing and analysing reports,
supporting business decisions with data insights, and ensuring accurate
communication with clients. Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts
and possess strong knowledge of mortgage processes and underwriting
documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
·
Prepare and deliver MIS reports
for US Residential Mortgage operations.
·
Analyse data trends to support
business decisions and client requirements.
·
Develop and maintain dashboards
using Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts.
·
Utilize advanced Excel
functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, COUNTIFS, SUMIFS) for reporting accuracy.
·
Collaborate with stakeholders
to understand reporting needs and provide actionable insights.
·
Ensure compliance with mortgage
lifecycle processes and underwriting documentation standards.
·
Support process improvement
initiatives by identifying gaps and recommending solutions.
Skills & Attributes:

Strong
analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Excellent
communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction.

Ability to
work independently and manage multiple reporting tasks.
·
Domain
knowledge of US Residential Mortgage lifecycle and underwriting documents.

Proficiency
in MS Excel and data visualization tools.
·
Flexibility
to work night shifts (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST).
