Accounts and Finance Manager Desired Candidate: ? Education: Bachelor?s/Master?s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CA or ICWA certification is preferred. ? Experience: ? Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in accounting and financial management. ? Proven track record of managing end-to-end accounting for a company and scaling its financial operations ? Skills: ? Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and compliance-related matters. ? Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-End Accounting and Financial Management: ? Oversee all aspects of the company?s accounting and financial processes. ? Build, manage, and scale the company?s accounting system to handle growth effectively. ? Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other critical reports. 2. Legal Compliance and Audits: ? Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable laws. ? Liaise with auditors and government authorities to handle audits and ensure all filings are completed accurately and on time. 3. Team Leadership and Process Setup: ? Manage and mentor a team of junior accountants. ? Establish and implement robust accounting and financial processes to ensure operational efficiency and compliance. 4. Fundraising and Banking Relations: ? Collaborate with senior leadership to support fundraising efforts, including preparing financial models and documentation. ? Manage relationships with banks and other financial institutions to ensure smooth operations and explore financing solutions. 5. Cost Management and Financial Planning: ? Develop and monitor budgets to align with company goals. ? Analyze cost trends and provide strategic recommendations to optimize expenses and improve profitability.
