Cloudpay SME for Payroll Program - AGM - Chennai Candidate Expectation and Roles & Responsibilities Minimum 13+ yrs of experience required Leads development of the International Payroll program architecture Candidate should have International/ Global payroll domain experience. ?Workday? experience is mandatory Candidates with ?service now? or ?cloudpay? experience is added advantage Preferably candidate who is interested for 24*7 shift. Develops program work structures, top level execution plans. Identifies key program level horizontal and vertical integration interfaces between major activities, teams and partners Facilitates the resolution of program issues. Engages with CloudPay representatives to align on features, integrations and issue resolutions (pre and post payroll) Supports the project manager in leading program execution by coordinating program metrics. Help define and track KPIs Ensures robust payroll process documentation and training for internal teams Brings in Management Best Practices Implements customer and program communication and contact plan
