Regional Sales Manager - New Car Sales

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our New Car Sales team in Chennai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing operations, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities through need analysis and product demonstration
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and other stakeholders
  • Negotiate sales agreements and manage sales order processing and sales order management
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales promotions and sales planning
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales effectiveness
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members to enhance their sales skills and performance

Requirements

  • 10-18 years of experience in sales and marketing operations, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Degree in a relevant field such as business administration, marketing, or sales
  • Strong skills in prospecting, need analysis, product demonstration, sales and marketing operations, negotiations, customer relations, sales effectiveness, sales order processing, sales order management, sales strategy, and sales planning
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets and deadlines
