Operation Manager-Claims- Personal Lines / Subbrogation-Pune Job Description: Candidates with minimum 10+years of experience & Sound knowledge of P&C Personal Lines Insurance industry. Should have strong knowledge of Subrogation & Personal Lines Claim Span: 60 to 80 FTEs Adherence to legal requirement, industry regulations customer quality standards set by the company. Oversee day to day operations, lead, manage and develop respective teams to meet the KPIs Responsible for supervision, training, and performance of Insurance operations staff in accordance with company?s policies and procedures Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures Monitor performance and implement improvements. Ensure quality of products. Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity Should be flexible in working Night & Rotational Shifts.
