Broking (Insurance / P&C) - Manager-Pune Job Responsibilities: 10+ years? experience in P&C Insurance /Insurance Brokerage industries Experience in handling Accounts receivable and Payables work will be added advantage. Ability to meet deadlines & drive results. Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and oral communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to utilize and be proficient in broker management systems Review / Audit items processed by the team and provide feedback maintain and improve the quality Independently investigate, research, and resolve issues as they relate to their assigned clients and carriers. Acting as main, day to day point of contact for clients, responds both professionally and promptly to all inquiries. Ensure that the scale-up & productivity goals for the team are met, including service level, utilization, and customer satisfaction. Facilitate generation of ideas, analyse operational risks, address customer escalations and work with other leads to mitigate risks and establish common goals to deliver value to the business. Manage open items log - ensure outstanding items closed in timely manner.
