Must have 6 + Years of experience Should have experience in Guest, Restaurant Operations, Franchisee/Owner Operations, and Associate Experience Should Manage project timelines, milestones, and client expectations, particularly in agile environments, working closely with product owners and other stakeholders Good to have experience in implementation of solutions, including smart kitchen technologies and tech-enabled store/field services Should have minimum experience in implementation of digital ordering platforms, loyalty programs, and customer service tools Should have experience in integration of Swift Cloud solutions for franchisee onboarding
