Must have understanding their business challenges and identifying opportunities for digital transformation and systems modernization Lead multidisciplinary teams, providing guidance and mentorship to junior consultants, ensuring the development of high-quality deliverables that meet industry standards Own business development activities such as proposal creation, client presentations, and identifying new opportunities for growth within the hospitality domain Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a point of contact for ongoing engagements and identifying future partnership opportunities Spearhead the modernization and integration of PMS and CRS systems across hotels, motels, resorts, and casinos, ensuring they align with industry best practices
