Coimbatore Qualification ? 15+ years of experience Business Development, Strategy, Sales & Operation Job Overview Develop and execute business strategies to grow the real estate portfolio and expand market presence. Lead, inspire, and manage a multidisciplinary team, ensuring performance and alignment with business goals. Oversee the entire lifecycle of real estate development projects from site acquisition to delivery, ensuring timely completion, budget control, and quality standards. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (architects, contractors, legal teams, etc.) to ensure smooth execution. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Develop and manage the division?s budget, ensuring profitability across all projects. Conduct financial analysis, cost estimation, and risk management on new and ongoing projects. Negotiate and manage contracts with contractors, suppliers, and other service providers. Prepare and present periodic financial reports and business reviews to the senior leadership. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive sales of real estate properties. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, brokers, and other real estate professionals. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent engagement and addressing concerns. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals across various functions (sales, marketing, legal, operations, etc.). Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the team to achieve business goals. Conduct performance appraisals and implement professional development programs. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and public engagements. Cultivate long-term relationships with stakeholders to ensure business sustainability and future opportunities. Monitor and mitigate potential risks related to real estate projects (e.g., market fluctuations, legal disputes, construction delays). Ensure adherence to all legal, safety, and environmental standards across all real estate activities.
