AM - Services & Advertising Location : Delhi Candidate roles and responsibilities: Independently lead / handle project quantity surveying, estimating, billing, settlement of variations of capex works and assist in procurement. Interact and suggest methods to optimize construction methods / sequencing with users with a view to reduce time and costs. Administration of conditions of contract for the above to control & enforce compliances. Ensuring taxation, HR & Statutory Compliances of running contract with vendors. Attend progress meetings and assist project team in contract administration issues including response to letters / claims / change order. Analyse and process monthly invoices of project contracts of CPD, enable payment and carry out proper reconciliation. Coordinate with various user departments / stake holders in relation to contract administration especially evaluation of claims / variations and settle the claims for recommendation to management for contract closure approval.
