Job description
Test user flows for client products across various platforms (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android) and browsers (Chrome, IE, Firefox, etc.) Work with quality leads to provide member perspective on features such that they meet market needs with respect to functionality, usability, performance, accessibility, and security. Experience in User Testing, Product Evaluation, Quality Assurance. Experience in JIRA, APIs and Accessibility (Screen reader, high contrast mode, reflow, keyboard navigation) Identify bugs/friction and report issues with priority, reproducible steps, videos/screenshots, and error codes. Execute test cases (checklist) based on product specs and member behaviour. Maintain test case repository as source of truth for expected product behaviour and test coverage. Experience to publish basic quality reports, Charts and data check using MS-Excel Quality Analysts will evaluate and sample the assigned tasks per day to discern associate performance. Insight & Analysis Identifying top defects & creating RCA Participating and arranging Feedback & Calibration sessions Data Mining & Reporting
