Sr. Consultant/SME/Team Lead - Implementation About the Role: We are seeking an experienced SME Team Lead with over 12+ years of expertise in IT Service Management, particularly in ServiceNow implementation. The ideal candidate will lead a team of subject experts, driving best practices in ServiceNow solutions to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Roles and Responsibilities: ? Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow subject experts in delivering high-quality solutions. ? Oversee the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry standards. ? Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications. ? Provide guidance on best practices and strategies for ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SecOps and others. ? Conduct regular reviews of team deliverables, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. ? Identify and resolve issues related to ServiceNow implementations and configurations. ? Stay current with ServiceNow releases and updates, ensuring the team is well-informed and skilled in new features. ? Develop training materials and conduct workshops for end-users and team members. ?
