Chief Marketing Officer Candidate Expectation: The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) - Real Estate will lead the company's marketing strategy, focusing on brand management, lead generation, and customer engagement to drive business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep experience in real estate marketing. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Lead market research efforts to understand customer needs and market trends. Oversee all marketing campaigns and advertising initiatives. Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives. Manage and mentor the marketing team. Evaluate and manage external marketing agencies and vendors. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Develop and manage the marketing budget. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred. 15+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role. Proven experience in the real estate industry. Strong analytical and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
